Nike Sneaker for Running Mission

 Since I mismanaged my body, I can unfortunately not go out for a run at the moment. There is a lot of internal muscles to be trained and stretching to perform before my hip pain disappears. 

But when I got hold of it, I need a new perfect sneaker och running shoe. Preferably with a lot of color that makes me happy and motivated. 

Nike has some really nice ones, perhaps worth a buy.

But first; stretch stretch...

NATURAL BEAUTY

What is it with natural beauty? It is so honest. Like a true smile or a wild garden- it is so beautiful. 

Most things are beautiful on its own, just as it is, just as it, she, him or that is. When it's natural.

I want to live in that natural beauty. 

 

MORNING IN JUNE

Good morning. Breakfast at the balcony and so many things I would like to do today. Reading, cooking, walking, listening to Värvet podcast, writing cards, baking, taking siesta, visiting my parents... hang out with be sabled sister... and on it goes. 

Sundays should have so many more hours of free time.
