SWEETS FOR SWEETHEARTS

Now, being sable is partially about rawfood or at least good food. That is organic or biodynamic foods that follow nature's selection each season. Veggies are wonderful but likewise are cakes and biscuits. 


Baked with a lot of love on organic ingredients. Here is my tip for a bit of weekend baking or perhaps some wednesday butter up.

Jam tarts or "Syltkakor"

200g butter

1 cup sugar

3 ½ cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

topping

Raspberry jam or the like, preferably your own :)

Mix all the ingredients. Shape small smooth round balls, each ball must weigh about 15 grams they will be slightly larger than a hazelnut in shell.

Place balls on parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Make a hole in the ball with a handle of a wooden spoon, gently clicking the jam with a teaspoon.

Bake 12-14 minutes at 175 ° C in the middle of the oven. Allow to cool. Store the cookies in the cookie jar with paper between each layer.
